For destinations within the contiguous US, Hello Society Kids product orders typically take 2-10 business days to be delivered after the order has been shipped. This excludes weekends and holidays. Packages are shipped after they have been fulfilled. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

You will receive your tracking number via email shortly after your order ships. Due to carrier delays, please allow up 10 business days for your package to scan in transit.
If you did not receive your package, please confirm the shipping address and check other possible locations around the delivery area where the package could've been dropped or received by someone else. Packages are sometimes prematurely marked as delivered by carriers. We ask that you wait 3 business days after the package is marked as delivered. If the package doesn't arrive after 3 business days, please email us at email@example.com no later than 10 days after delivery confirmation and we will find a solution.
All of our clothing is designed in Chicago, Illinois. We globally source our fabrics and our manufacturing are done mostly in China.

- Unwashed, unworn items purchased within 15 days with an order number are eligible for return.
- All international orders, orders outside of the contiguous US (Hawaii and Alaska etc) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Once the return is received and processed, orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- You have 5 calendar days from the day you receive the return label (via email) to send your items back. Please include the original packing slip from your order with your return.
- If no record of sale is available, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ask for personal identification. If items in the return are significantly used or not in resellable condition, we also reserve the right to refuse the return and will mail back the items.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. You will receive a notification as soon as we finish processing your return. In times of high order volume, it may take us longer to process your return.
If you paid for shipping, you will not be refunded if you make a return. Refunds are for products only.
We currently do not accept exchanges, due to tracking issues. If you need a different size, color, etc, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
No, we cannot cancel an order once it's been placed. You may request for a refund and will be responsible for transaction fees incurred.
