Returns can be started with an order number or email address info@hellosocietykids.com.
- Unwashed, unworn items purchased within 15 days with an order number are eligible for return.
- All international orders, orders outside of the contiguous US (Hawaii and Alaska etc) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Once the return is received and processed, orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- You have 5 calendar days from the day you receive the return label (via email) to send your items back.
Please include the original packing slip from your order with your return.
- If no record of sale is available, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ask for personal identification.
If items in the return are significantly used or not in resellable condition, we also reserve the right to refuse the return and will mail back the items.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
